News: OXLEP Local Industrial Strategy launch

Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership (OxLEP) launched the Oxfordshire Local Industrial Strategy (LIS) in September, 2019.  The Strategy sets out a long-term vision of positioning Oxfordshire as one of the world’s top-three global innovation ecosystems.

OXLEP are now working on their implementation plans for the Strategy.  Engagement with the business community is vital to ensure the success of the Oxfordshire Local Industrial Strategy.  Advanced Oxford will be working with OXLEP as part of our policy support work, to ensure that the voices of the innovation based companies and organisations are taken into account as the Strategy is implemented.

Advanced Oxford Managing Director, Sarah Haywood, spoke at the LIS launch event.  A short film has now been released summarising the launch, with a call to participate in the work moving forward from OXLEP CEO Nigel Tipple Click here to access OXLEP’s call to action
