OxLEP has announced the launch of a new online net zero resource, backing Oxfordshire businesses to take energy saving actions, reduce their carbon footprint and accelerate their journey towards net zero.
The new platform – available via the OxLEP Business website – offers a comprehensive overview, tailored for businesses who are looking to adopt greener practices and make their operations more sustainable.
OxLEP Business – who are the business support arm of OxLEP – says the platform has been developed in collaboration with a range of Oxfordshire businesses and organisations, including Oxfordshire County Council, the the county’s district councils, Oxfordshire Greentech and the Low Carbon Hub, each with valuable, real-world experience in implementing effective net zero strategies.
The new platform also aims to:
- Offer step-by-step guidance for businesses looking to adopt low carbon measures.
- Provide resources that help businesses reduce their carbon footprint across their operations.
- Share best practices and success stories from Oxfordshire businesses that have successfully achieved significant low carbon milestones.
