OxLEP’s Energy Pathfinders 2050

Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership’s (OxLEP) Energy Pathfinders 2050 (EP:50) is seeking the best energy projects from across Oxfordshire. EP:50 is open to every size and type of organisation, from social enterprise to multinational. EP:50 will shine a light on a wide range of vibrant and dynamic projects in the built environment and communities, transport and infrastructure, and energy efficiency and demand reduction. The judges – who are all experts in the field from academia and the private and public sector – will also make a further award to a project which demonstrates exemplary standards of diversity and inclusion and embodies key aspects of Oxfordshire’s Energy Strategy.

Throughout 2021, OxLEP is seeking pioneering projects which they can champion on a local, national and international stage. Selected projects will become part of an Energy Pathfinder showcase for clean technology, helping organisations to connect with potential investors, influencers and customers.

There are three main categories in the Energy Pathfinder awards, which will be rolled out and judged in stages during 2021: Built Environment & Communities; Transport & Infrastructure; and Energy Efficiency & Demand Reduction. Entries for Category 1, Built Environment & Communities, must be received by 21 March 2021. The next two categories will be announced further into 2021 and entry windows opened later in the year.
