The Oxford Cambridge Innovation Arc

Seen as one of the greatest opportunities for economic growth in Europe, the arc is home to 3.7 million people, generates over 1 million jobs and productivity is 2.6% higher than the UK average. This latest report from Savills looks at the real estate needed to unlock the arc’s potential. This includes an additional 9.3 million sq ft of commercial space and 23,000 hectares of land for residential development by 2050. Download the full report here.
