Advanced Oxford is delighted to welcome Grove Business Park in Wantage as a new sponsor member, who will be actively contributing to our work in supporting the development of Oxfordshire’s innovation ecosystem.
Grove Business Park is owned by The Oxford Endowment Fund and is a thriving commercial environment with over 260,000 sqft (24,150 sqm) of office, warehouse, light industrial, R&D and leisure accommodation. Around 650 people work at the Park and it is home to some 40 different companies and organisations – not including the on-site Boston House Business Centre – which represent a variety of industries and businesses contributing to innovation and impact in their respective fields.
Plans have been submitted to the Vale of White Horse District Council to develop a further 377,000 sqft (c35,000 sqm) of space at Grove Business Park to establish a life sciences, technology and innovation hub at the heart of the Oxfordshire Science Vale. Grove Business Park’s decision to support Advanced Oxford’s work comes as they progress their plans for development and expansion, with the aspiration to grow to around 2,500 people working on the Park.

Grove Business Park is owned by The Oxford Endowment Fund – The Oxford Endowment Fund is managed by Oxford University Endowment Management on behalf of a range of investors including the University of Oxford and many of its colleges.
A diverse range of industries are represented on the Park, including bio-tech, research, engineering and pharmaceuticals. Offering a mixture of accommodation in a landscaped environment, the Business Park can provide bespoke workplaces and flexible spaces for large corporates and major technology facilities through to hybrid offices and laboratories, light industrials and start-ups.
