Highlight Report: “Entrepreneurship for All” Conference

EnSpire Oxford and IDEA are delighted to present the highlight report from the “Entrepreneurship for All” Conference, held at Pembroke College on March 26, 2024.

This inaugural event gathered speakers and attendees from six countries and 32 organisations, fostering a rich exchange of insights, networking opportunities, and inspiration.

The conference focused on three main themes: Data, Delivery, and Diversity. It emphasised the importance of inclusive entrepreneurship, highlighting that entrepreneurship can take many forms and should be accessible to all.

Presenters and discussions underscored the need for training programmes that adapt to diverse audiences, targeting specific outreach and mentoring, and celebrating the successes of underrepresented groups.

Advanced Oxford’s Hannah Tornow presented her PhD work at the conference, contributing valuable insights into the ongoing discussions and emphasising the importance of academic research in informing practical approaches to entrepreneurship.
