Growing talent in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector

Thames Valley Chamber Of Commerce is hosting a round table at Harwell Campus as part of Local Skills Improvement Plan development

Tuesday 18th April 23, 9:30am – 12pm at the Satellite Applications.

The Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) is a Department for Education project with Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce having been funded by DfE to develop a plan, to include the Oxfordshire region.  The Chamber needs to garner as much information as possible from all sectors within the Thames Valley.

This event, aimed at Berkshire and Oxfordshire based employers in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector, will help to identify skills gaps that are holding the region back.

Contributions to this roundtable will enable Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce to look at new ideas around skills provision to help fill both current and future skills gaps with local talent. The event provides an opportunity to bring employers, providers, and students together to get the skills discussion moving forward.
