Oxford Science Enterprises in JV to create new lab space

Advanced Oxford member, Oxford Science Enterprises, has announced a new joint venture with Lothbury to create new life sciences R&D space in the heart of Oxford city centre.

30,000 square feet of new lab and office space will be created within the Clarendon Centre through a comprehensive redevelopment of the site.  The R&D facilities will support the growth of early-stage life science businesses, including those being formed by Oxford Science Enterprises.

The redevelopment will start in 2022 and the new facilities are expected to come on stream in 2024.

With over a 100 companies within its portfolio, Oxford Science Enterprises has an growing need to for innovation ready space to accommodate the companies it is backing.
