Milton Park unveils plans for Bee House

Milton Park Oxfordshire has just unveiled plans for Bee House, which will be Oxfordshire’s new and largest flexible co-working building, following the full refurbishment and remodelling of an existing building at the Park.

The Bee House will meet the growing demand for agile workspace in Oxfordshire from spin-outs and start-ups, those people using the ‘hub and spoke’ model to work locally and travel into city offices less frequently, and companies which require grow-on space.

Following the £12.4 million refurbishment works have been completed Bee House will provide working space and a home to around 550 people. Works have started and the space will be ready by February 2022.
