Advanced Oxford welcomes Taylor Vinters into our membership

Law firm Taylor Vinters joins Advanced Oxford as we create a new Sponsor membership to bring professional services firms into our work to grow Oxfordshire’s innovation economy

Advanced Oxford is delighted to welcome Taylor Vinters as a new sponsor member and as an active contributor to our work to support the development of Oxfordshire’s innovation ecosystem.  Having expanded their London and Cambridge roots into Oxford in 2019, the team is already working with Advanced Oxford and has been an active supporter of the region’s innovation landscape for some time through their events, programmes, membership of the board of VentureFest Oxford and their support to the Oxford Innovation Society.  Advanced Oxford MD Sarah Haywood was pleased to be invited to support Taylor Vinters, alongside James Cowper Kreston and Oxford University Innovation, as they developed the Structuring for Success course, which supports young, innovative companies on their journey to growth.

Taylor Vinters is one of four new members that Advanced Oxford is welcoming into the group. Property consultants CBRE and IP specialists Mathys & Squire are also joining as sponsor members, alongside new member, consulting engineering firm, Hoare Lea.

To date, Advanced Oxford has only had one form of membership, open to companies, organisations or institutions that are part of Oxfordshire’s knowledge economy.  There are other businesses within the region that play an important role in supporting innovative, research and development intensive companies, indeed our innovation ecosystem could not operate successfully without them.  There is a great opportunity for these firms to contribute to Advanced Oxford’s work, bringing their expertise and insight, drawn from their relationships with knowledge-based enterprises.  As a consequence, Advanced Oxford is pleased that a number of these professional services providers are now joining us as sponsors across all our activities and projects.

Taylor Vinters’ work with entrepreneurs, innovators and organisations across the London, Cambridge and Oxfordshire ecosystems fully complements Advanced Oxford’s work as the voice of the region’s innovation-based business community.
