Gender Inclusion Toolkit

Advanced Oxford’s Gender Inclusion Toolkit has been designed to help companies and individuals respond to the recommendations set out in our report, Gender Diversity: A Catalyst for Innovation. The toolkit is suitable for companies at all stages of growth within the knowledge economy and provides materials, links to resources, and guidance to help you create, monitor, and cultivate environments that genuinely support gender-inclusive innovation.

The toolkit is organised into three themes: designing and implementing gender-inclusive culture; measurement and assessment; and designing gender-inclusive structures, with a particular focus on recruitment and career structures.
