The third seminar on Inclusive Growth was held at City of Oxford College and hosted by Baroness Jan Royale, Chair of the Oxford Strategic Partnership. The focus was on workforce skills and training, employer engagement and initiatives. There were talks from Trevor Philips, former chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission and Dominic Hare, CEO of Blenheim Palace. The final part of the event was a panel discussion with Sally Ricketts of Activate Learning, Paul Roberts of Aspire, and Penny Rinta-Suksi from Blake Morgan.
