Oxford+ Podcast Premieres with in-depth Look at Oxford’s Innovation Ecosystem

The first episode of the Oxford+ Podcast has been released, offering a look into Oxford’s history, innovation, and universities.

Hosted by Mishcon de Reya and Susannah de Jager, the Oxford+ Podcast promises a deep dive into the people, technologies, companies, and funding sources that contribute to Oxford’s rich legacy.

In the first episode, host Susannah interviews David Ford who is an Oxford-based, active life sciences angel investor. Susannah and David discuss investing in Oxford, the importance of networking, mentorship, patient capital for scientific start-ups, and the future of investing in Oxford.

Both Susannah and David are members of the Advisory Group which is supporting Advanced Oxford’s project on the region’s investment environment.  Peter Crane, Susannah’s next guest, is also a member of the group.  See more about the project, and their backgrounds here.
