Oxford City council has resolved to approve the planning application submitted by AO member, Thomas White Oxford, for the Oxford North development. It will create workspace for start-ups such as high-tech university spin-outs and businesses, 480 new homes (of which 168 will be affordable), small shops, bars and restaurants as well as three new parks. The project also includes up to £100m infrastructure investment for electric charging points, new roads, cycle paths and footpaths.
