Scale Up Network – Biosciences Edition Starting March 2025

The Scale Up Network at Oxford Brookes University is a successful peer-to-peer network designed to bring together and support like-minded businesses as they tackle challenges and seize opportunities for growth.

Starting again on 18th March, now in its fourth year, the network offers a unique opportunity for a small group of 8-10 scale-up leaders to meet six times over the course of six months to:

  • Benefit from expert input sessions led by Oxford Brookes University. Topics are tailored to participants’ needs and have previously included entrepreneurial leadership, company culture, and employee engagement.
  • Identify common challenges through interactive action learning, collaborating to co-create solutions that drive impactful improvements.
  • Receive professional, facilitated support over a six-month period to help implement change and foster sustainable growth.

If you’re looking to leverage a peer network to overcome business challenges, implement change, and build trusted connections to support your growth journey, you can register your interest through the enquiry form.
